We rebuild what's there rather than replace it — the profile, the timber and the character stay, the rot doesn't.
Double-hung sash, Buderim
Bottom rail and sill perished after years of run-off. Rebuilt to the original profile, primed and undercoated.
Front door frame, Noosa Heads
Threshold and jamb bases rebuilt, hardware refitted so the door seals and closes cleanly again.
Casement windows, Maroochydore
Perished putty raked out, glass re-bedded and joints re-wedged for a weathertight finish.
